October 2010- Cannon Business Products announces that S.M. Electronics will the the Warranty depot for all office equipment in Calgary and Area.

June 2010- S.M. Electronics accepts partnership with the National Electronic Service Association. Including being the warranty depot for all Onkyo products in Western Canada.
